At v98, your loyalty earns real rewards. Our VIP Program is designed to recognise every ringgit you invest — with benefits that grow alongside your journey with us.
Each tier unlocks more privileges. The more actively you play, the greater the rewards waiting for you.
Many online gaming platforms offer "VIP programs" that are little more than empty labels — a small bonus here, a bit of cashback there, with no real difference that matters to players. At v98, we take a completely different approach.
The v98 VIP Program is built on a simple principle: every ringgit you wager brings you closer to greater rewards, more personalised service, and a more fulfilling gaming experience. This is not just a points system you accumulate and forget — it is a journey you take with us, with real benefits you can feel every day.
One thing that sets the v98 VIP Program apart from competitors is our transparency. Tier-up requirements are clear, cashback rates are openly displayed, and there are no hidden terms to disappoint you. What you see is what you get — and that is our promise to all VIP members.
Every time you place an eligible wager at v98 — whether on slots, table games, sports betting, or bingo — you automatically earn VIP Points. Points are calculated based on your actual wagering amount, not just your deposit.
Here are the VIP Points earning rates by game category:
Accumulated VIP Points determine your tier in the program. The system is designed to be progressive — the more you play, the faster you advance. And better yet, your VIP Points never expire as long as your account is active.
The v98 VIP Program is about far more than cashback. Each tier unlocks a range of privileges designed to elevate your overall gaming experience. Here is a detailed breakdown of what awaits you at every stage of your VIP journey:
Cashback at v98 is calculated based on your net daily losses — meaning if you end the day down, a portion is returned directly to your account the following day. No complicated wagering requirements, no confusing minimum thresholds. Cashback is credited before noon every day, ready to use in your next gaming session.
Cashback rates increase significantly as you move up the tiers — from 3% at Bronze all the way to 20% at Diamond. For active Diamond members, this daily cashback can become a highly meaningful source of additional wins over time.
Starting from the Platinum tier, every v98 VIP member is assigned a personal account manager who can be contacted directly. Your account manager is more than just a regular customer support agent — they are a v98 representative who understands your gaming preferences, monitors your experience, and ensures every need is met promptly.
Diamond members also get access to a dedicated VIP account manager available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including on public holidays. This means you always have someone to reach out to for any need, from technical questions to special bonus requests.
One of the most notable advantages of the v98 VIP Program is the dramatically higher withdrawal limits at each tier. Regular players may face standard withdrawal caps, but VIP members enjoy far more generous limits:
For Diamond members, large withdrawals are processed instantly with no delays and no unnecessary questions. Your winnings are entirely yours, and v98 makes sure you can access them with ease.
V98 never forgets your special day. Every VIP member receives a personalised birthday bonus that grows in value with your tier — from free credit bonuses for Bronze members to luxury gifts delivered directly to select Diamond members. In addition, Platinum and Diamond members also receive monthly surprises, which may include credit bonuses, physical gifts, or invitations to exclusive events.
Your time is valuable, and v98 respects that. VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing — meaning your withdrawal requests are handled before regular users. For Platinum members, withdrawals are guaranteed to be processed within 1 hour. Diamond members enjoy instant withdrawals processed within minutes, at any time of day.

There are no shortcuts to advancing your VIP tier — but there are smart ways to maximise your VIP Point accumulation without drastically changing your playing budget:
Slot Games offer the best VIP Points accumulation rate at v98 — RM10 in wagering per 1 point, compared to RM25 for sports betting. If your goal is to level up faster, spend more time on v98's extensive slots collection. This does not mean you have to give up your other favourite games — but it is a smart strategy if you are actively chasing a specific VIP tier.
V98 regularly runs Double VIP Points promotions where your wagers during a set period earn twice the usual points. Keep an eye on the promotions section and your in-app notifications — these are golden opportunities to accelerate your VIP tier progress at no extra cost.
Consistency is key. Players who play regularly every day, even with moderate wagering amounts, often advance through the tiers faster than those who are only occasionally active with large bets. The v98 VIP Points system is designed to reward long-term loyalty — not just a single large wager.
Trust is the foundation of everything at v98. Our VIP Program operates with full transparency — all conditions, rates, and rules are stated clearly with no confusing fine print. Your VIP Points are calculated automatically by an audited and verified system. No manipulation, no discrimination — every VIP member is treated fairly according to their tier.
Your VIP account is protected by the same 256-bit SSL encryption used across all v98 accounts, with an optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security. Your VIP account manager is also bound by strict privacy policies — your personal information will never be shared with any third party without your consent.
All transactions related to VIP benefits — including cashback, birthday bonuses, and surprise gifts — are transparently recorded in your account history. You can review all these transactions at any time through your account dashboard.
Registration takes less than 3 minutes. Fill in your basic details, verify your identity, and your account is immediately active. The VIP Program starts automatically as soon as you make your first deposit.
Every wager you place automatically accumulates VIP Points — no separate registration or feature activation required. Our system records all your playing activity from the very first minute.
Login to your account dashboard to view your current VIP Points total, your current tier, and how many more points you need to reach the next level. This information is updated in real time.
Once you reach the VIP Point threshold for the next tier, your upgrade happens automatically. New benefits — higher cashback, increased withdrawal limits, and more — become available within 24 hours.
VIP status is calculated based on cumulative activity. Keep playing actively to maintain and advance your tier. v98 provides a reasonable adjustment period to ensure loyal players do not lose their status due to a temporary break.
More than just cashback — the v98 VIP Program offers a comprehensive ecosystem of privileges.
Daily cashback is credited directly to your account with no minimum wagering requirement. Use it or withdraw it — the choice is yours.
VIP members get priority in withdrawal processing queues. Platinum within 1 hour, Diamond within minutes — your money doesn't have to wait long.
From the Platinum tier onwards, you get a personal account manager who understands your needs and is ready to assist at any time.
Platinum and Diamond members receive exclusive invitations to special tournaments and events not available to regular players.
VIP members receive an extra layer of security, including instant notifications for every account activity and priority account recovery support.
